The new lighting system has such a minimalist design that it easily integrates into any context. It serves as daytime running light and can be built into the left and the right of the vehicle’s front apron. The construction and materials are robust and promise high suitability for everyday use. The indirect light from the LED diodes is a brilliant white and they are significantly brighter than conventional halogen lamps. Due to the new arrangement of several diodes in a light strip the vehicle is spotted earlier and more easily by other road users, thus making an essential contribution to increased traffic safety. Thanks to an extremely long lifespan, which is 30 times that of conventional H7 halogen lamps, the LEDs fulfil the constantly growing demands.
